The Onion For Our Health

The onion is a plant inside. It is so important in human nutrition, who rarely prepares a good meal that does not include. It is in great demand in the Dominican Republic.

However, it is giving the event of onion production of only two provinces in the country is about to be lost mostly because apparently enough. Absurd paradox!

This unpleasant reality the only thing that tells us how alert is that although each of our homes and use it consumes daily, the 10 million Dominicans we are consuming too few onions. Why? Charles Kozel, an eminent German naturalist who reached the age of 99, said of the onion that “contains all those elements that the body needs for conservation and development, while necessary elements for the constant cleansing of the blood and the expulsion of foreign substances and morbid accumulated in the body. These words indicate that the onion is needed to work better, longer enjoy the love of a spouse, to sleep more pleasantly, to learn all that he studies, to prevent acute and chronic diseases, etc..

In fact, and other minerals such as: sulfur, potassium and germanium. Sulfur is very useful to deal with arteriosclerosis and cholesterol buildup in the heart. Potassium helps prevent high blood pressure. And germanium helps surviving AIDS patients. And these three minerals together mutually beneficial effects on health. Onions are good for preventing infectious diseases, diabetes, cancer and the accumulation of uric acid in the joints, hair loss (due to its silicate content (both eating it and rubbing it on the scalp).

According to the master Kozel, the onion is healing “in asthma, colds, coughs, hoarseness, mucus, suppuration, ulcers, inflammations of all kinds, skin infections, diseases of the throat , brain, bones, stomach, intestine and kidney. Thus, grasp it with pleasure and enjoy better health!
