If you also feel tired, not sleeping well, and it&#8217;s hard to go out and have fun, do not miss this article where I talk about the possible causes of your fatigue.</p>
<p>While the pace of life today leaves many people with little time for relaxation, usually with some extra hours of sleep or a good rest over the weekend or holidays, can be used to stop to recover. But if you still take action, you&#8217;re still tired, maybe there is something in your body to stop you feeling fresh and energetic. The following may be some of the causes of your fatigue:<span id="more-1167"></span></p>
<p><strong>Anemia.</strong> Usually due to iron deficiency is hemoglobin, the protein that is present in red blood cells that carries oxygen throughout the body. Many women in their childbearing years, have periods with heavy bleeding, uterine polyps, fibroids (fibrous tumors in the womb) or have just given birth, may have anemia. Other causes of anemia include iron deficiency gastrointestinal bleeding or folic acid deficiency, for example. Some symptoms, plus fatigue, include dizziness, be very cold, and irritability. If you are diagnosed with anemia, if iron deficiency, you could suggest some changes in your diet such as iron-rich foods (broccoli, spinach, red meat).</p>
<p><strong>Hypothyroidism.</strong> The thyroid gland is a small butterfly-shaped at the base of the neck and is responsible for regulating metabolism. When running slower than normal, this condition develops. To diagnose hypothyroidism, blood tests are positive and if they leave, you will probably prescribe thyroid hormone replacement for thyroid levels return to normal and you do not feel fatigued.</p>
<p><strong>Caffeine overdose.</strong> Believe it or not, caffeine can achieve the opposite effect. <p>You see, chronic fatigue or tiredness that you feel may be related to factors that involve many different aspects of your health. If you feel tired all the time, it&#8217;s time to visit your doctor to find the cause and cure for your fatigue.</p>

<p>However, it is scientifically proven that, despite the high fat they possess, their are monounsaturated fatty acids. It was shown that by replacing saturated fatty acids with monounsaturated or polyunsaturated acids may decrease blood levels of LDL, the famous &#8220;bad&#8221; cholesterol.</p>
<p>But nuts also have other qualities: almost all of them &#8211; almonds, cashews, peanuts and walnuts &#8211; are an excellent source of antioxidants like vitamin E and selenium. Nuts and nut oils are also good sources of<strong> omega-3 acid</strong>, associated with reducing heart disease. Finally, these small delights have the power to give us a feeling of satiety that could prevent chewing anxious and weight gain.</p>
<p>One against the nuts &#8211; apart from its high calorie content, as we have seen &#8211; is that they can cause allergies. An estimated 1 in 200 people is affected, even slightly, this allergy.</p>
<p>For all this it is important that you consult your doctor nuts, what amounts to include in your diet and if there is possibility that you are allergic to them.</p>

In most cases it is genetic, but can be prevented by leading a healthy life and taking the right medicine.</p>
<p>Angina pectoris, is chemic <a href="http://www.careministries.cc/tag/heart-disease"><strong>heart disease</strong></a>, stroke or sudden death myocarditis, among others, are some of the diseases caused by this disease.</p>
<p>These diseases are the leading cause of death worldwide, accounting for more than 7 million deaths per year, and hypertension affects about one billion people worldwide, representing 20% of the adult population .</p>
<p>Prevention:</p>
<p>Years ago it was believed that appeared only in adults, but this disease can affect all ages. It is important to diagnose early and maintain a controlled hypertensive patients through regular blood pressure.</p>
<p>Then, when diagnosed hypertension is essential to reorient their continued lifestyle in a more healthy as quitting smoking, losing weight, exercise, good diet, eating less salt and fat, reduce alcohol consumption and follow a suitable mediation as prescribed by your doctor.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>A study conducted by Dr. Mehdi Razavi, the Texas Heart Institute, concludes that three quarters of weight-loss supplements bought over the Internet proved to contain ingredients that could cause lethal arrhythmias.</p>
<p>The experts involved in the study evaluated <a href="http://www.careministries.cc/tag/lose-weight">12 dietary supplements</a> and found that eight had at least one ingredient linked to dangerous heart complications such as ventricular arrhythmia, stroke and sudden death.</p>
<p>While all products included a list of its components, none had a warning about the potential adverse cardiac effects, thus obscuring customers the dangers of these pills to<a href="http://www.careministries.cc/tag/lose-weight"> lose weight</a>.</p>
<p>“Consumers have a false sense of security when they use them,” said Dr. Mehdi Razavi, the Texas Heart Institute, who presented the findings at a meeting of the Heart Rhythm Society in San Francisco.<br />
Many heart attack people assume that the FDA supports the safety and efficacy of supplements but supplements, including many weight loss products are not subject to the same security controls that the drugs by the Food and Drug United States (FDA).</p>
<p>Razavi not provide the names of the pills tested, but offered a list of hazardous ingredients found in such supplements.<br />
The team even found a compound, a type of ephedra known as Ma Huang root, which is banned by the FDA since 2004. Potentially risky ingredients are the result of Ma Huang, a type of ephedra banned by the FDA since 2004, the bitter orange, also known as Synephrine HCl and Citrus aurantium, green tea, also known as Camellia sinensis and black wheat, buckwheat or Korean ginseng, among others.</p>
<p>Some of the chemicals found can cause problems by reducing the levels of potassium, which could alter the heart’s electrical system. Others, such as green tea, are harmless when consumed in normal amounts, but can amplify the effects of other ingredients.</p>
<p>So when you decide to take a product or thermogenic fat burner is best to check with your doctor to evaluate possible consequences of its use against the benefits you could achieve.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>A study by the Center for Cardiac Rehabilitation Clinic Valmont-Genolier in Glion (Switzerland) has concluded that physical exercise in a planned way can improve the flow of blood after a heart attack.</p>
<p>The study found that any kind of exercise was very useful in correcting <a href="http://www.careministries.cc/tag/cancer">vascular dysfunction</a> in patients who had suffered a heart attack, no difference was found between resistance training, aerobics or in combination.</p>
<p>But the improvement in blood flow observed in the 209 survivors who participated in the study, was lost after four weeks of the cessation of exercise. This proves that this kind of patients should be kept in a constant training program to maintain vascular benefits.</p>
<p>Exercises for the heart of the test participants were randomly assigned to aerobic exercises, resistance exercises and a combination of aerobic and resistance training.</p>
<p>Those who did <a href="http://www.careministries.cc/tag/cancer">aerobic exercise</a> had four sessions a week, which included a ten-minute warm-up, forty minutes of cycling, which increased the heart rate to 75 percent of the maximum and ten minutes of cooling.</p>
<p>Resistance exercises included four sessions a week to ten exercises with weights and rubber bands, which lasted from 45 to 60 seconds with rest intervals of 15 to 30 seconds.</p>
<p>According to Dr. Johnny Lee, an assistant clinical professor of medicine at Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York City, “If this applies to the sickest patients, that if you lose the benefit for shows that continue to exercise can only a positive effect if you are a normal subject without heart disease. ”</p>

<p>The results, according to eight clinical trials on more than 24,000 people, support the recommendations against the use of <strong>vitamins B</strong> to prevent heart disease.</p>
<p>The idea that the B vitamins, like folic acid, B-6 and B-12, help prevent cardiac complications from the fact that lower blood levels of an amino acid called <strong>homocysteine</strong>.</p>
<p>Homocysteine levels increase in people with atherosclerosis, which is the buildup of plaque in the arteries that cause heart attacks and strokes.</p>
<p>But researchers do not know whether high homocysteine levels promote the progression of <strong>atherosclerosis </strong>or are only an indicator of cardiac risk. No clinical trial showed that <a title="vitamin" href="http://www.careministries.cc/tag/vitamins" target="_blank">vitamin B supplements</a> prevent heart attack and stroke.</p>
<p>To strengthen the evidence, the new review collected data from eight clinical trials on the <a title="folic acid" href="http://www.careministries.cc/wp-admin/edit.php?tag=folic-acid" target="_blank">effects of folic acid</a>, vitamins B-6 and B-12 or combinations thereof.</p>
<p>The trials included 24,210 people with established cardiovascular disease (atherosclerosis or previous stroke or other cardiac complications) or their risk factors, such as diabetes, hypertension or high cholesterol.</p>
<p>The authors found that adding supplements to conventional <strong>medical therapy</strong> did not lower the risk of heart attack, stroke or death of participants in the seven years of monitoring.</p>
<p>The results appear in the Cochrane Library, a publication of the Cochrane Collaboration, which is an international organization that evaluates medical research.</p>
<p>The review provides &#8220;solid evidence&#8221; that these B vitamins do not <a title="heart" href="http://www.careministries.cc/wp-admin/edit.php?tag=heart" target="_blank">prevent heart problems</a> and stroke, told Reuters Health Dr. Arthur J. Marti-Carvajal, Iberoamerican Cochrane Network, in Valencia, Venezuela.</p>
<p>The recommendation for people who want to take care of your heart health is to drop the B vitamins and either: not smoking, exercising, controlling blood pressure, cholesterol and blood sugar regularly and eat a balanced diet and a rich in fruits and vegetables and low in <strong>fast food</strong> and other unhealthy products.</p>
