Third Week Of Diet, Go Ahead Successfully

I am the third week of dieting and I must say that things are going well.

From the beginning I lost about 5kg, muscle mass and athletic performance in high growth. The metabolism responded well, passed the hunger that made me mad the first day and everything seems to go for the best.

From the middle of last week I then introduced about 40 minutes of gym during lunch in the office: 10 / 12 minutes running on the treadmill drive (9 kph rising to 11 over the last two minutes) then try to make at least three bands of muscle exercises are not too heavy not to pack the muscle towards evening workout.

My goal is to strengthen the gym to avoid injury and burn some calories, and I would say that it works. Today I can not go because I do laps and already I miss it … a good sign!

As for infringements of the diet last Saturday I ate a little ‘junk in Mexico in a mall, and Thursday of nachos with cheese movie, fortunately I have not suffered the level of weight even if I weighed in terms of satiety (soon to write a study on the relationship between fatty foods and satiety).

I also believe that soon I will write something to describe the characters I meet in the gym … it is a cross-section of society is not indifferent
