Also, make sure that every food you choose from food groups containing the highest quality nutrients. In other words, choose foods rich in vitamins, minerals and fiber instead of processed foods.

People with diabetes can eat the same foods as the rest of the family. Everyone benefits from eating healthful foods, so the whole family can adopt a healthy eating plan. You should conduct planning, but can include your favorite foods in the diet plan and control their level of blood glucose, blood pressure and cholesterol.

  5. From what I have heard from pbulications and researches it has been claimed that mobile phone radtions can damage many pasrts of your body, particularly the Heart as many people put mobile phone in their chest pocket.
