1. SEARCH AND ARREST<br />
The process for an organ transplant starts from the moment it enters the emergency department patient with any condition that has implications for the CNS, of poor neurologic outcome. The doctor who has his first contact with this patient should alert the nearest transplant networks. Doctors transplant coordinators are responsible for visiting the intensive care units and emergency services in the country.<br />
2. ASSESSMENT OF POTENTIAL<br />
There are diseases that can be risk factors for both donation to organ procurement, the medical transplant coordinator will be responsible for the evaluation of these patients and who certifies whether the transplant is possible or not.</p>
<p>3. Diagnosis of cerebral death<br />
It is based on Decree 1546 of 1998 and the medical coordinator confirms that the diagnosis is made within the parameters.</p>
<p>4. MAINTENANCE OF DONOR<br />
After the diagnosis of brain death are beginning therapeutic maneuvers to improve perfusion of organs and tissues that are to be transplanted.</p>
<p>5. FAMILY REQUEST FOR DONATION<br />
The medical coordinator is responsible for addressing the donor&#8217;s family to explain the procedure to be performed and provide appropriate support to the family requires.<br />
6. EXTRACTION<br />
It starts surgical procedure for removal of donated organs.<br />
7. MEDICO LEGAL PROCESS<br />

It is so important in human nutrition, who rarely prepares a good meal that does not include. It is in great demand in the Dominican Republic.</p>
<p>However, it is giving the event of onion production of only two provinces in the country is about to be lost mostly because apparently enough. Absurd paradox!<span id="more-203"></span></p>
<p>This unpleasant reality the only thing that tells us how alert is that although each of our homes and use it consumes daily, the 10 million Dominicans we are consuming too few onions. Why? It is not enough that an entire family from having only a medium or large onion a day to get to enjoy their benefactors effects on the body.</p>
<p>Charles Kozel, an eminent German naturalist who reached the age of 99, said of the onion that &#8220;contains all those elements that the body needs for conservation and development, while necessary elements for the constant cleansing of the blood and the expulsion of foreign substances and morbid accumulated in the body. These words indicate that the onion is needed to work better, longer enjoy the love of a spouse, to sleep more pleasantly, to learn all that he studies, to prevent acute and chronic diseases, etc..</p>
<p>In fact, and other minerals such as: sulfur, potassium and germanium. Sulfur is very useful to deal with arteriosclerosis and cholesterol buildup in the heart. Potassium helps prevent high blood pressure. And germanium helps surviving AIDS patients. And these three minerals together mutually beneficial effects on health. The onion gives more life and health alcohol drinkers and those who work hard, as more resistant to short sleepers. Onions are good for preventing infectious diseases, diabetes, cancer and the accumulation of uric acid in the joints, hair loss (due to its silicate content (both eating it and rubbing it on the scalp).</p>
<p>According to the master Kozel, the onion is healing &#8220;in asthma, colds, coughs, hoarseness, mucus, suppuration, ulcers, inflammations of all kinds, skin infections, diseases of the throat , brain, bones, stomach, intestine and kidney. Thus, grasp it with pleasure and enjoy better health!</p>

<p>A group of Japanese scientists has found the answer to the puzzle, according to a study by researchers at Japanese universities in Tokyo and Saga, published by the online edition of the journal Human Reproduction.</p>
<p>The tests in mice indicate that paternal sperm is responsible for the shorter longevity of mammalian male versus females.</p>
<p>In their experiment, scientists have discovered that mice created using genetic material from two mothers and without the involvement of a parent living up to one third longer than normal mice with a mixture of maternal and paternal genes.</p>
<p>To explore this issue, researchers began to study the lifespan of mice produced no sperm. To this end, immature <strong>oocytes</strong> collected from mice one day old, manipulated the genetic material of these genes to behave like sperm and transplanted genes from this genetic material in unfertilized mature oocytes from adult mice that had eliminated the core.</p>
<p>These reconstructed oocytes became embryos which were transferred to a female mouse. The resulting pups had genetic material from two mothers but no father.</p>
<p>Furthermore, the authors created mice control through a natural pairing that were genetically identical mice from two mothers, irrespective of the fact that they were created in the normal way with genes of male and female mice. Both groups of mice were kept in the same environments without infections and with free access to food.</p>
<p>The study results were inconclusive. The mice created from two genomes women lived an average of 186 days longer than control mice created from the combination of a normal female and one male genome, whose life expectancy is between 600 and 700 days. These modified mice seemed to have a better immune system, with a significant increase in a type of <a href="http://www.careministries.cc/tag/white-blood-cells">white blood cell</a>, <strong>eosinophils</strong>.</p>
<p>The study authors believe the reason for the difference in longevity may be related to a gene on chromosome 9, named Rasgrf1. &#8220;This gene is usually expressed from the chromosome inherited from the father and is a gene on chromosome 9 associated with postnatal growth,&#8221; said Tomohiro Kono of Tokyo University and co-author.</p>
<p><strong>&#8220;Does not just genetics&#8221; </strong></p>
<p>&#8220;This is very important genetic component in longevity of people,&#8221; agrees Mary Flora de Pablo, Professor, Biological Research Center of CSIC. The researchers say the study is &#8220;interesting model&#8221; which completes the analysis of the lifespan of mice on a type called &#8220;bimaternos&#8221; and on data that had already been published since 2004.</p>
<p>But longevity also &#8220;depends on environmental factors, modifiable,&#8221; explains De Paul. For example, &#8220;low-calorie diet, (without going to <strong>malnutrition</strong>) increases longevity and delays the onset of diseases associated with aging,&#8221; qualifies the teacher.</p>
<p>The end result of increased life expectancy in women than men in the developed world &#8220;is also a significant component derived from lower-risk behaviors in women than in men,&#8221; says the researcher, including appointment to a lower consumption of alcohol and drugs.</p>
