<p>From the beginning I lost about 5kg, muscle mass and athletic performance in<a href="http://www.careministries.cc/"> high growth</a>. The metabolism responded well, passed the hunger that made me mad the first day and everything seems to go for the best.</p>
<p>From the middle of last week I then introduced about 40 minutes of gym during lunch in the office: 10 / 12 minutes running on the treadmill drive (9 kph rising to 11 over the last two minutes) then try to make at least three bands of<a href="http://www.careministries.cc/healthy-diet/womens-health-is-at-risk-of-the-man-to-blame-for-obesity.htm"> muscle exercises </a>are not too heavy not to pack the muscle towards evening workout.</p>
<p>My goal is to strengthen the gym to avoid injury and burn some calories, and I would say that it works. Today I can not go because I do laps and already I miss it &#8230; a good sign!</p>

<p>The <a href="http://www.careministries.cc/category/general-health">Obesity Day</a> is a day which to the centers participating in the initiative to receive a free inspection by a doctor or a dietitian and a series of directions to take the first step towards recovery of the lost form.</p>
<p>The project objectives are in fact:</p>
<p>* Raise public awareness against the risks of obesity and<a href="http://www.careministries.cc/tag/health"> overweight</a><br />
* Shift the focus on obesity from a cosmetic problem health problem<br />
give visibility to the Dietetics and Clinical Nutrition Services and local hospitals both inside and outside the structures of belonging<br />

I was so <a href="http://www.careministries.cc/category/healthy-diet">healthy</a> is to consume fruits and vegetables to the point that we are encouraged to consume fruit and <a href="http://www.careministries.cc/cancer/healthy-living-tips-prevent-cancer.htm">vegetable</a> menu of five servings a day: two servings of fruit and vegetables as much as three servings. Eating fruits and vegetables to five servings a day is a naturally <a href="http://www.careministries.cc/tag/health">healthy</a> diet.</p>
<p>Consuming fruits and vegetables every day is a new thing for me. The reason I and probably many other reasons, is because I do not like fruit much less vegetables. Even if there are pieces that I like, usually quite expensive price. Vegetables? During the dinner table there is meat or fish, I will not touch vegetables. That was my first.</p>
<p>The desire to be slim (after 3 pregnancies in the last four years to increase my weight to 15 kg) made me look at fruits and vegetables. At first, I could not enjoy the vegetables I eat.
