<p>From the beginning I lost about 5kg, muscle mass and athletic performance in<a href="http://www.careministries.cc/"> high growth</a>. The metabolism responded well, passed the hunger that made me mad the first day and everything seems to go for the best.</p>
<p>From the middle of last week I then introduced about 40 minutes of gym during lunch in the office: 10 / 12 minutes running on the treadmill drive (9 kph rising to 11 over the last two minutes) then try to make at least three bands of<a href="http://www.careministries.cc/healthy-diet/womens-health-is-at-risk-of-the-man-to-blame-for-obesity.htm"> muscle exercises </a>are not too heavy not to pack the muscle towards evening workout.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The<a href="http://www.careministries.cc/"> Italian Association </a>of Dietetics and Clinical Nutrition launches for next October 10th the Obesity Day a national awareness project on overweight and health.</p>
<p>The <a href="http://www.careministries.cc/category/general-health">Obesity Day</a> is a day which to the centers participating in the initiative to receive a free inspection by a doctor or a dietitian and a series of directions to take the first step towards recovery of the lost form.</p>
<p>The project objectives are in fact:</p>
<p>* Raise public awareness against the risks of obesity and<a href="http://www.careministries.cc/tag/health"> overweight</a><br />
* Shift the focus on obesity from a cosmetic problem health problem<br />
give visibility to the Dietetics and Clinical Nutrition Services and local hospitals both inside and outside the structures of belonging<br />
* Create stable relationships between the various services and Dietetics ADI between centers dealing with obesity and overweight<br />
* To increase awareness in the population centers to be available through ADI of valid points of reference in the technical treatment of obesity and overweight<br />
* Identify the critical points of the mode of approach and treatment of obesity and overweight.</p>
<p>The slogan for this year calls for &#8220;no bounce from one size to another. I was so <a href="http://www.careministries.cc/category/healthy-diet">healthy</a> is to consume fruits and vegetables to the point that we are encouraged to consume fruit and <a href="http://www.careministries.cc/cancer/healthy-living-tips-prevent-cancer.htm">vegetable</a> menu of five servings a day: two servings of fruit and vegetables as much as three servings. Eating fruits and vegetables to five servings a day is a naturally <a href="http://www.careministries.cc/tag/health">healthy</a> diet.</p>
<p>Consuming fruits and vegetables every day is a new thing for me. The reason I and probably many other reasons, is because I do not like fruit much less vegetables. Even if there are pieces that I like, usually quite expensive price. Vegetables? During the dinner table there is meat or fish, I will not touch vegetables. That was my first.</p>
<p>The desire to be slim (after 3 pregnancies in the last four years to increase my weight to 15 kg) made me look at fruits and vegetables. At first, I could not enjoy the vegetables I eat. Day by day, week and month to change weeks turned into months, I do not know since when exactly, I&#8217;m starting to like the taste of vegetables. <span id="more-512"></span></p>
<p>Now I can enjoy various kinds of vegetables, lunch menu or dinner, and I do not feel forced to again spend one plate of vegetables without white rice. So also with fruit, a platter of fresh fruit I used to enjoy as a snack replacement. In fact now it seems strange if the day does not consume the fruit. So my experience in running a healthy diet which so far has managed to reduce my weight as much as 9 kg over six months.</p>
<p>My favorite fruit to accompany me to a healthy diet is the apple, watermelon, and pineapple. While my favorite vegetables in a healthy diet are cabbage, broccoli, and bean sprouts. By eating five servings of fruits and vegetables in a healthy diet, I do not feel hungry and tormented. My weight went down slowly but surely.</p>

<p>Fried snacks are very popular indeed hereditary. But too often become itchy throat and cough occur after we eat fried foods. Why is that, yes?</p>
<p>Itchy throat is actually caused by acrolein, a compound formed by the heating temperature exceeds the point of cooking oil fumes. Good cooking oil has a high smoke point. The higher the smoke point, the better the quality of cooking oil. When oil is used repeatedly, then acrolein is formed so that the faster you eat fried foods cause a cough.</p>
<p>A good cooking oil smoke points should have no less than 215 degrees Centigrade. Frying at a temperature above the smoke point will change the unsaturated fatty acids in the oil becomes saturated fatty <strong>acids</strong> that increase blood <strong><a href="http://www.careministries.cc/tag/cholesterol">cholesterol</a></strong>.</p>
