<p>The diet is always the same, that is what I called the <a href="http://www.careministries.cc/general-health/refreshing-fruit-ideal-for-our-snacks.htm">diet </a>of rugby. Only this time, since, due groin, I&#8217;m not doing sports, diet is only slightly smaller (2 teaspoons of oil per meal instead of 3, 100 grams of pasta instead of 120, no ham rose in mid-afternoon).</p>
