Cancer

Beware of Breast Cancer!

In matters of health, prevention is one of the main tools you have. So, I invite all women who read this post to be very aware of your breasts.
Breast cancer is, like many other diseases, multi-factorial. Its causes range from genetic (the presence of the genes BRCA 1 and BRCA 2), be overweight, age, alcohol consumption and birth control pills, among others.
The genetic question is that we can not control, but our habits do. So it is advisable to take a balanced diet based on the plate of good food and in appropriate portions. In addition, physical activity is important to always stay at your ideal weight.
Of course, self-exploration is even more important. Each month, take time to examine your breasts and if they detect any change or if in doubt, seek medical advice without any penalty.
There are many cases of deaths from breast cancer because they felt sorry for those affected by “what people will say” or even, because their husbands prefer that the tumor continued to grow before another man to see.

Modesty and “honor” over life. Questions illogical to many.

If the problem was that another man saw his wife’s breasts … well, there’s always oncologists.
The point is to reduce breast cancer cases and deaths because of it.
It is also recommended that in addition to self-examination, mammography is practiced, this in order to conduct a more thorough check of your breasts.

Is it very expensive?

The public health units providing the service. Now, if you are not beneficiaries of social security, there are some laboratories that regularly offer medical examinations at good prices and even to months without interest.
Do not forget to visit the doctor for pain. Take care of your breasts and your life.
