Caffeine against Alzheimer’s

CaffeineScientists seem to be united in the idea of publicizing the benefits of coffee and caffeine with various studies, as pointed out in his day health in this blog to say that coffee improves memory.

Another group of researchers with their studies have brought to light the benefits of caffeine against Alzheimer’s.

So looks like we have our word that coffee is good for memory, we, as individuals who consume caffeine regularly are less likely to suffer from Alzheimer’s.

Thus, coffee consumers will be satisfied, since, according to CAIDA study, carried forward by neuroscientists at the University of Kuopio in Finland, in collaboration with other Scandinavian institutions, concluded that regular caffeine consumers who have less risk of developing Alzheimer’s disease, among other issues related to central nervous system.

According to the results of the study, those taking high levels of coffee (considered high for three to five cups of coffee a day) have a 65% less likely to get Alzheimer’s and other neural conditions.

The study was performed in 1409 people who had previously been part of two major studies on the subject (the sample is again limited). In total, these individuals remained under observation an average of 21 years to determine how caffeine acts on the neurological system over the years (the time variable may be more effective).

On the other hand, also found that caffeine stimulates the central nervous system positively and promotes mental performance.

Thus, the relationship between coffee, caffeine, memory and Alzheimer again become dormant.
